A scheduled database server upgrade will be conducted for Malaysia and New Zealand regions from 3 February to 6 February. During this period, approximately 40% of users may experience temporary service interruptions or reduced performance.

Our technical team will closely monitor the upgrade to ensure system stability and minimize impact. Services will be restored progressively upon completion.

All systems will undergo a comprehensive scheduled maintenance to implement critical security upgrades and infrastructure enhancements.
